Package Purpose: PlasmaCalculator(s) for MAGE

MAGE connects many models, so the basic idea in here is to

build one PlasmaCalculator per model, e.g. GameraCalculator

then we can connect them all in a MageCalculator,

with an option to specify volume=’gamera’ or something else,

to just use the underlying calculator for that model.

Thus, each model is in a subpackage within the MAGE hookup.

`mage_dimensions`	File Purpose: Dimension values & lists in MAGE
`raiju`	File Purpose: PlasmaCalculator for RAIJU within MAGE.
`remix`	Package Purpose: PlasmaCalculator for REMIX within MAGE
