Package purpose: convenient plotting methods & misc plotting tools

Modules

contours	File Purpose: Contour: 2D contours; movie of contours for 3D data.
faceplot	File Purpose: Faceplot: 3 plots on 3 faces of a box in 3D.
images	File Purpose: tools related to plotting images or 3D data (e.g. imshow, pcolormesh).
labels	File Purpose: labels, e.g. titles, suptitles.
lines	File Purpose: Line: 1D lines; movie of lines for 2D data.
movies	File Purpose: working on movies
patches	File Purpose: tools related to drawing (and maybe animating) 2D patches.
plot_settings	File purpose: manage plot settings & kwargs, to make the other code more readable
plot_tools	Package Purpose: misc plotting tools.
plotter_manager	File Purpose: class to help with managing making plots.
scatter	File Purpose: tools related to scatter plots (possibly animated)
subplots([nrows, ncols, squeeze, cls])	returns a new Subplots object.
subplots_extensions	File Purpose: various extensions to the Subplots class
xarray_timelines	File Purpose: plotting lines vs time for xarray.
