returns kwargs to use for a growth rate plot (using imshow-style kwargs).

if array has_kdims_polar, use default polar=True,

and default y=array.it.kmod_coord if it starts with ‘log’, else ‘log_{kmod_coord}’,

if using polar=True, use default axsize of (2,3), and grid=True.
